Did you know that, as teens, you should be getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity EVERY DAY! On average, schools will provide you with 60 minutes a week. That doesn't add up. Right now, we know more about health than ever before, yet child and teen obesity is on the rise and it is expected that the new generations will have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. If we know so much about health, why aren't we healthy? Let's first compare some facts, and then we'll test our knowledge.
